HRLG SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 

 Purpose

  • To provide organizations an opportunity to promote the growth of HR and the business community in Northeast Ohio as visible supporters of HRLGs high-caliber speakers and programs
  • To support HRLGs efforts to develop current and future generations of senior HR leaders through leading-edge content and HR networking opportunities
  • To provide a mix of corporate, consultants, and educational institutions opportunities to become one of HRLG's
    • Full-Year Sponsors for an entire program year and/or
    • Single-Event Sponsors
  • Provide a discrete promotional presence

Sponsorship Opportunities

1) Full-Year Sponsorship benefits:

  • Space for a logo and embedded link to your website on the HRLG web page
  • Regular mention in digital and paper communication/promotions throughout the year
  • Acknowledgment and appreciation by HRLG: One Full-Year Sponsor to be highlighted at each event during the program year:
    • A sponsor-prepared introduction will be read by the program Chair
    • The Sponsor can place a packet of promotional/informational materials at each table (including information about an area non-profit organization that is important to your Company, if you wish) when we return to in-person meetings
    • Reservations for two persons at any event (additional participants can be registered at member rates)

2) Single-Event Sponsors:

  • Logo included in all e-mail and HRLG website postings about the event to be sponsored.
  • Acknowledgment and appreciation by HRLG: The Single-Event Sponsor will be highlighted at the meeting they sponsor:
    • A sponsor-prepared introduction will be read by the program Chair
    • The sponsor can place a packet of promotional/informational materials at each table (including information about an area non-profit organization that is important to your Company, if you wish)
    • Reservations for two persons at the meeting (additional participants can be registered at member rates)

Making It Happen

  • Complete a short Sponsorship application
  • Sponsorships are determined on a first paid basis. Sponsoring organizations that pay HRLG the full amount due first will be awarded the sponsorship positions
  • Logos for Full-Year Sponsors will be posted to the web within one week of receipt. Logos remain on the web through the program calendar year, which runs through July 31 each year and will be included in the next available electronic and print marketing materials
