Cutting Edge Programming on Strategic Issues

Human resource executives are being asked to do more with less and the time demands of human resource professionals are extremely challenging. As a result, we conduct five to six high impact breakfast programs as well as periodic half day conferences to explore the application of strategic topics in more depth.

Our programs focus on critical, timely topics delivered by industry experts and are designed to challenge conventional thinking. Programs provide both conceptual and practical information on how to effectively resolve the complex organizational and leadership issues confronting organizations in the new millennium. Topics are typically themed around:

  • linking HR initiatives with business strategy
  • developing leaders and personal credibility
  • coping with significant challenges involving change
  • building adaptive cultures and organizations that support optimal performance

Programs are conducted September thru May. See the Programs Tab for current registration information.
